From my experience, there can be real comfort and encouragement in being part of a small, skills-based group. Being alongside others who understand the challenges of anxiety and stress can also help you feel less alone as you move forward.
A group can offer a supportive and structured way to learn practical tools over four to six weeks, with space for connection, creativity and enjoyment along the way.
It may be particularly helpful if you are looking for focused guidance, would prefer a shorter programme, or are not in a position to commit to longer-term one-to-one therapy. Group programmes may also provide a more affordable way to access structured therapeutic support.
Further details will be shared here once dates and programme information have been confirmed.
